2. Use of the website

The content of this website is provided for general information about BenjyUEFN and its services. You may browse it and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse its text or graphics for commercial purposes without our written permission, or use the site in a way that disrupts it or breaks the law.

3. Scope of services

BenjyUEFN develops and publishes video games and offers related services: commissioned game experiences, level and map design, publishing preparation, playtesting and post-launch updates. Information on this website is not an offer. A binding agreement for commissioned work is formed only when both parties accept a written proposal, which describes the scope, deliverables, timeline, price and payment terms. If a proposal and these terms differ, the proposal applies.

We do not provide technical support for hardware, operating systems, accounts or platforms owned by other companies.

4. Your responsibilities

When you commission work, you provide accurate information and the materials we need in good time, and you confirm that you have the right to use any material, such as names, artwork or music, that you ask us to include.

5. Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, BenjyUEFN keeps the rights to its own games, tools and pre-existing material. Rights to work created specifically for a client transfer, or are licensed, as described in the accepted proposal once it has been paid in full. Games built for third-party platforms are also subject to those platforms’ own rules.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are given individually in each proposal. Unless the proposal says otherwise, prices for business customers are excluding VAT and prices for consumers are including VAT. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice.

7. Consumers

If you are a consumer, you keep all rights you have under mandatory Danish consumer law, including the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven) where it applies. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

8. Liability

We carry out work with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, BenjyUEFN is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, lost data or loss of goodwill, and our total liability under an agreement is limited to the amount paid for the work in question. We are not responsible for changes, outages or decisions by third-party platforms on which a game is published. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for gross negligence or intent.

We try to keep this website accurate and available but cannot guarantee that it is always error-free or online. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

9. Complaints

If you are not satisfied, contact us at support@benjyuefn.com and describe the issue. We aim to respond within 14 days. Consumers who cannot resolve a complaint with us can contact the Danish Consumer Complaints Board via Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms and any agreement with BenjyUEFN are governed by Danish law. Disputes are settled by the Danish courts. Consumers may also have the right to bring a case in the courts of the country where they live, if mandatory law provides so.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes do not affect agreements already accepted.
